Danish company Libratone has just released its latest wireless portable speaker called Zipp, so let’s see what features are included.
The slick Libratone Zipp offers a contemporary design with a Scandinavian heritage and a rainbow color selection, including Salty Grey, Pepper Black, Pineapple Yellow, Raspberry Red, Passion Pink, Plum Purple, Petrol Blue and Icy Blue.
If you’re at home, you can also use your WiFi home network for streaming as well.
Libratone Zipp is designed to enhance the experience of Apple products. It works with iPad, iPhone and iPod touch but, as long as you have iTunes 10.1 or above, you are good to go, no matter if it’s on a Mac or your PC.
Zipp comes with two 1-inch ribbon-based tweeters, one 4-inch bass drive, and a full digital amplifier that can deliver 60W sound.
This speaker supports AirPlay and it also features Libratone’s new PlayDirect technology that lets you stream music wirelessly from iPhone, iPod or iTunes without using WiFi network.
