From VGA to HDMI Converter

I have an older laptop that only has a VGA output and I wanted to connect it to my TV. The only problem was that my TV has only HDMI input. I started looking for solutions and I found this fairly priced gadget and ordered it so I can try it out and see if it will do the job, spoiler alert, IT DID!
