Conceived by Jacob Riley-Wasserman, a RISD educated designer from Greenwich, New Jersey, the Star Spangled Spatula has as American a story as the agriculturally rich town in which Jacob grew up. The spatula is hand fabricated by Lamson and Goodnow, the oldest and most-respected manufacturer of cutlery in the United States.
The Massachusetts mill is still powered by energy harvested from the Deerfield River, as it has been since the early 1800′s. Crafted of solid walnut and stainless steel, the Star Spangled Spatula’s use of quality materials, along with its deep American roots, makes it a reliable classic.
