We bought this cheap chocolate fountain for the kids and at first the chocolate didn’t flow as it should. We added more chocolate and vegetable oil and it still didn’t work properly. In the end we finally managed to get it working after we turned off the chocolate fountain for a minute and then turn it back on. After resting a bit it work like any other chocolate fountain.
