The AV2HDMI converter will allow you to connect an older AV device to an HDMI TV/monitor. For example, you want to connect a camcorder, a game console, an older DVD player, etc. that only has AV/RCA output.

Is it capable, input from old Atari 800XL to HDMI TV. Atari 800XL has 240p output.
It should work fine. I used a very old camera in the video as an example and it worked without any problems. I bet that camera doesn’t have more then 240p resolution.
